2020-21 Division of Diversity and Engagement Administrative and Faculty Fellows Announced

A new Faculty and Administrative Fellows Program was unveiled for the 2020-2021 academic year. Fellows embody the Volunteer spirit of inclusive excellence, service, and content expertise.

Six faculty and staff members representing various colleges and departments have been selected as fellows in the Division of Diversity and Engagement for the 2020-21 academic year. This cohort will support and enhance the division by focusing on unit administration; advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion; and deepening university-community partnerships that enhance town-gown relationships and help solve real world issues. All initiatives will deepen our commitment as the flagship, R1, land-grant university. A major portion of fellows’ responsibilities is centered around the advancement of diversity in academia as we seek to build and sustain an inclusive campus for all Vols.

Deans of the eleven academic colleges are eligible to apply for funding through the Division of Diversity and Engagement.
